Place the unworn garments in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure the items remain protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
